Description

1 oz Valcambi Gold Bar (New w/ Assay)

For the thousands of years mankind has sought to collect and hoard gold as a sign of wealth. Used in everything from currency to jewelry, gold has been a standard of wealth for longer than most people realize. Gold bars remain an important investment tool for thousands, and today the 1 oz Valcambi Suisse Gold Bar is available in brand-new condition from Inex Mint.

Bar Highlights:

Valcambi Suisse is one of the oldest refiners in Switzerland, but is well known today for one of its more innovative products. The CombiBar from Valcambi Suisse offers an affordable investment option, but its most popular product remains the standard 1 oz Valcambi Suisse Gold Bar.

The 1 oz Gold Bar is the most popular weight in the industry, along with the 10 oz, because they are struck to exacting standards. The 1 oz bar, in particular, is an excellent option because it is affordable and easily moved, while still offering a significant investment opportunity given its weight.

On the obverse face of the 1 oz Valcambi Suisse Gold Bar is the revolving square logo that serves as the primary brand image for Valcambi Suisse. Accompanying the corporate logo is the weight, metal content, and purity of the bar. You’ll also find the assayer’s mark and individual serial number of the bar on this side.

The reverse face of the bar has one simple engraving. Positioned vertically along the left side of the bar is the perfectly engraved name of the mint, “Valcambi Suisse.” Each of these bars ships in tamper-evident packaging, and includes an assay card to allow for easy verification of your bar’s weight, purity, and serial number.

Valcambi Suisse was founded in 1961 as Valori & Cambi. Over the years the company merged with Credit Suisse, giving it the name Valcambi Suisse, and was eventually sold. Today it is owned by Global Gold Refineries Ltd.
